Please note: Checkbox Multi-Language Module now comes pre-installed with any version after Checkbox 4.4.1.
Unlike previous versions of Ultimate Survey and Checkbox you will no longer need to install the module as an add on to your installation.
You will still need to install languages and edit language preferences as described in the following documentation:
