Prezza Technologies do NOT need to purchase a server license.

CHECKBOX® Survey Server Requirements:
- Microsoft Windows-based web server
- SQL 2000 or 2005 database (Express
Edition now supported)
- Web browser (for designing surveys and
completing surveys)
