CHECKBOX® Enterprise Edition is a powerful solution for company or enterprise wide surveys.  Our easy to use, web based, survey designer will have you creating surveys in minutes.  Active Directory integration, web farm & cluster support, and API access make this a true enterprise ready product.

Available as a hosted annual subscription or a perpetual server license.

CHECKBOX® Enterprise is offered in two formats:

• Server License:  Installable software for use on your own Windows / Microsoft .NET based web server.  This is a perpetual license (meaning you can use it forever) and includes support and updates for one year.  Additional years of support and maintenance may be purchased at any time.
  
  
• Hosted Subscription: Hosted on our servers, CHECKBOX® hosted subscriptions require zero infrastructure on your end.  Hosted subscriptions are typically one year in length, with the option to extend for additional years.
