* Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 404. * Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled Web Site Setup, Common Administrative Tasks, and About Custom Error Messages.
Cause: The ASP.NET web service is not allowed on the server.
Resolution Step 1: Open the IIS Manager utility on the web server. Start menu -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Internet Information Services Step 2: Select Web Service Extension. Step 3: Right-click on the ASP.NET v1.1.4322 Web Service Extension. Step 4: Select Allow. Step 5: Refresh the installation page of Ultimate Survey and it should work
