Tom First, Chairman
Prior to co-founding Prezza Technologies, Tom, with his partner Tom Scott, founded, built and later sold Nantucket Nectars. Nantucket Nectars was started in 1989 and became one of the most successful juice companies in the country and a perennial member of the Inc.’s list of fastest growing companies in the 1990s. Tom also co-founded and currently oversees the operations of O Water in Concord, MA. Tom is a graduate of Brown University with a BA in History.

John Craven, President and Founder
In 2001, John conceived the idea to create high quality survey and data collection software for the web. A year later, with the help of Tom First, Prezza Technologies was born. Before founding Prezza, John founded BevNET.com, an internet and print based publishing company serving the beverage industry. John was also a founding employee of Eleven Technology, a software company specializing in mobile field force effectiveness, and worked for Sapient, an IT consulting firm headquartered in Cambridge, MA. John is a graduate of Boston College with a BS in Marketing and Computer Science.

Karl Kemp, Director of Operations
Karl manages the professional services and mobility practices for Prezza Technologies. Prior to joining Prezza, Karl was a founding employee and Senior Software Architect at Eleven Technology, a software company specializing in mobile field force effectiveness. Karl has also worked for Sapient, an IT consulting firm, where he played a critical role in some of Sapient's highest profile projects. Karl holds an MBA and a BS in Computer Science from Boston College.

Christopher Park, Director of Sales
Christopher manages sales and business development for Prezza Technologies. Prior to joining Prezza, Christopher spent two years as a market and technology analyst for Electronics & Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) in South Korea. In addition to his experience overseas, he helped start the successful technology-based content distributor, iPal Inc., where he served the company as both Director of Business Development and Senior Software Engineer. Christopher received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University and received his Masters of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University.
