Branching program glitch or am I doing something wrong

Dear List Members,

This is my first posting here, so please forgive me and advise if this is not the right venue for this question.

My quesion has to do with branching.

When I place a branching question at the very beginning of a survey to screen out those who should not take my survey (e.g., have you been in contact with XYZ Office since January 1st?). I my little scenario below ther eare three users.

User 1 answers yes to the branching quesiont and is taken to the first page as designed.

User 2 repliies no, and is taken to the last page as intended.

User 3 answers yes and is taken to the first page. BUT WHEN I DOWNLOAD THE DATA I CAN SEE THAT THE DATA FOR USER 3 IS SHIFTED OVER 1 COLUMN. The online reports look fine. The downloaded raw data is wrong.

This seems like a glitch to me, but please correct me if I am wrong. If it is a glitch, how can I report this to Ultimate 7 tech support?

The issue is a bit unclear to me. Could you post some screenshots to show the issue?

As you can see, all the data for user 3 is shifted over one column.

Okay, this does look like a bug in the software. Although we do not officially support Ultimate Survey and no longer provide new versions, we may possibly be able to fix it, but I cannot guarantee it. What version of Ultimate Survey are you running? This can be found at the bottom of the screen.

We are using Ultimate Survey v7.0.4 Advanced Edition - ©2003 Prezza Technologies, Inc.

I believe that this issue was fixed in Ultimate Survey Professional 7.1, which was the last edition made, but we cannot provide that anymore, as that product is no longer offered.
