Default Changed cookie expirationa and lost permissions

I'm runnning v7.1. I was logged in as Administrator and changed the cookie expiration time. When I clicked to go check on another part of the survey it would not let me, "You do not have permission to view the requested page", yet I sucessfully logged in as the admin. How do I get my permissions back?

Please open the usd_SurveySettings table in SQL Enterprise Manager (or a similar program) and edit the value for the SessionTimeout field to reflect the length of time (in minutes) of inactivity that you want before a user is logged out automatically.
