Default Supported Languages

Hi. We have Ultimate Survey Enterprise .NET v3.0.1.
Does it supports languages like Russian, Japanese, Chinese, etc?
Does it need some special configuration or character set for the server or for the db?

Thanks
Wile E.

Thumbs up Supported Languages

Wile:

Ultimate Survey does support languages such as Russian, Korean and Hindi. You will need to have the Multi Language Add-on Module: http://www.prezzatech.com/UltimateSurvey-software-enterprise-multi-language.asp

Here is an example of a survey that has Japanese:
http://host.ultimatesurvey.com/trials/fowlersoft/Surveys/TakeSurvey.aspx?s=A107EACFA974402EA9D103F36CC7715F

Your sever will need to have the appropriate language packs installed. If you want to add the Multi Langauge Module contact sales at:
sales@prezzatech.com or 1-866-430-8274

Best Regards,

Prezza

Thanks for the fast replay, but I don't need to have the survey in multiple languages in the same time, the survey will only be in JP on in RU, or in KR, etc... Do I still need the multiple language module?

To be compliant I only have to install the language on the server or the DB (SQL 2000) needs to be configured in some way?

Thanks
WileE

Default Supported Languages

If you only need to have one language in one survey you can simply add the language into your survey as though you are creating a survey in your native language.

Sorry to disturb you, but this means that I still need the multi language pack even if I only use one language at a time?

Cool Supported Languages

I apologize if I was not clear. If it is simply an individual language, you will not need to have the Multi Language Pack.
