Question Scored Survey - Matrix Item

I am using Ultimate Survey Enterprise .NET v3.0.06. I have a scored survey and when I export the results to csv the score column is not adding up correctly. It completely omits the tally from the matrix question I have. I can see in the Report section under the individual responses, the score is being correctly totalled at the top so I know the information is in there. I'm just not sure how to get the correct score to show in the exported csv report. Am I missing something? Maybe a setting? Any help would be appreciated.

Ultimate Survey 3.0.6 is an older release of the product. I would suggest patching to the current release of Ultimate Survey, 3.0.10, or upgrading to Checkbox if possible.

I'd love to upgrade, however it's not possible right now as we are in the process of transitioning to the online version of Checkbox and our support contract of the old tool is expired. So we are limping along this version until the PO goes through for Checkbox. I just wanted to see if I was doing anything wrong that would cause this problem. I suppose I could separate the matrix into multiple questions if I have to, but it seems a rather cumbersome solution.

If you are already working with a sales representative I would suggest speaking to them in order to see what options are available to you.
