Poll doesn't display on page...

Hello,
I have tried everything I know of and can't get the poll to view on the page. I have tried to create just a blank page with the code and it still does not work. I looked at another poll on someone else's site and was able to copy their code for their poll, paste it into my blank page and it displayed properly. I am not sure what is happening, the code looks exactly like the other persons code. The only thing I have done to modify anything is to change the directory name from UltimateASPFree to just Poll. Would that create such an issue? I am suppose to have this poll online by Thursday Morning. Any help will be extremely appreciated.

This is most likely caused by a problem with the Folder/Path settings. Could you please reply to this post with the value of your "Root URL" field? This can be found on the "Settings" page of the Ultimate Poll Application.
