Poll Pop-up window

I am trying to place this script into an iframe and have selected the pop-up window option and it opens the results in the iframe window instead of the pop-up. How do I go about fixing this?

Also, all of my styles that I create and apply to the poll are not taking effect. I have tried creating a new style and also editing a previous one and neither options are showing the updated style that I am trying to apply.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
