Default Matrix Problems - S.O.S.

I have a multiple page survey with Matrix items.

When I place the Matrix Items into a Report Page, several of the rows repeat. Not all of the rows.

I added Alias info to try to track down how it would look in an Exported file. It was Rows 1 through 9 were fine, Row 10 repeated 7 times (the number of choices on my scale), Row 11 was fine, Row 12 repeated 2 times, Row 13 repeated 4 times, Row 14 repeated 7 times. All my Matrix items are doing this.

Also, when I try to Export the results, in csv I can't get the Alias info.
Also, when I try to Export the results in SPSS and the code page does not show all the items.

Luckily, I am still working on testing this survey!
Here's the report page link:
Checkbox® 4.1

thanks,
Lenore

Lenore,

First, let me apologize for the late reply. We had a problem with the forum for over a month that prevented thread notifications from being mailed to our support staff and we just found about it this week.

If you are still having issues with this, please try to contact our support staff, who will be able to help you out or escalate the issue to developers as necessary.

Our campus IT folks have reported this problem to Prezza support. I haven't heard any solution yet... still waiting.

Meanwhile, I've been emphasizing the importance of testing the surveys prior to administration. It is so important for researchers to export a few records prior to actual administration of a survey.

thanks though... if anyone does figure this one out, I'd love to know.
