User Import

I have created many surveys, user groups and user accounts. Many of these users will be solicited for more than one survey, and hence be assigned to more than one user group (i.e. Survey1_Respondents, Survey2_Respondents, etc...).

Now I am running into an annoying issue when trying to import users using the Import Users / Option 2: Enter Data. I recieve an error for any pre-existing user saying, "Cannot register UserXYZ. Reason was: User already exists." If I have a user group of 300+ users and 200 of them are already registered in the system, I have to manually import 200 users into the group.

Is there anyway around this, while preserving the current usernames?

Updating existing usernames during the import is available in our Checkbox Survey Server and Checkbox Online Plus Plan products. It is not available in Ultimate Survey Professional. If you are interested in either of these options, please contact Prezza's sales team.
