Surveys lost multilingual support!!

Help!!!! I was upgraded to Checkbox Online Survey 4.5 (from 4.4) and after the upgrade my access lost the multilingual support. Under languages I cannot add or subtract languages.
For the surveys that already exist, the SPANISH language is added under languages, but when I am in the surveys modifying I cannot choose the modify the Spanish version. When persons also log in and they are asked English or Spanish, the survey, regardless of their choice, chooses ENGLISH. Help
