I've copied a simple survey that I created in 2007 and renamed it and changed some of the text to reflect 2008. Everything is working like a charm. EXCEPT for the fact that there is some header text that still has 2007 in it. I've searched high and low and cannot identify where to change this text. Can you please help? See image below:

Try going into the Style page and checking the "Survey Title".
