Item types from Ultimate Enterprise to Checkbox

We recently upgraded to Checkbox so I'm in the process of moving and updating surveys from Ultimate Enterprise version to Checkbox.

What happened to the item type Date?

Is there some place I can go to download such an item with a date selector?

Second question... why doesn't checkbox import xml recognize surveys or items exported from ultimate enterprise xml form? Is there a fix for that?

The date item has been consolidated into the "Open-Ended Single-Line Text". There are two options under "Answer Format" that allow you to specify that the answer must be a date.

As for the XML import, this is not compatible with Ultimate Survey Enterprise 3.x.

We will, however, be announcing the release date for the Ultimate Survey Enterprise upgrade within the next ten days. The upgrade will be the only supported method of moving surveys between Ultimate Survey Enterprise and Checkbox.
