Text Labels on scales not positioned correctly

I have a user complaining that some (but not all) of her survey respondents are seeing the labels on a scale positioned incorrectly. There should be one label at the beginning of the scale, one in the middle and one at the end but some respondents are seeing all three labels lumped together in the middle. It is most likely some sort of browser or resolution issue on their end but I was wondering if anyone else had encountered this and knows how to fix it. Image is attached. Thanks.
