Default Changing text of error messages

I want to change the text that appears when a user does not enter data in the correct format. For example if you choose the North American phone number and the user gets the format wrong the error message says "must be a valid US phone number." Since we're in Canada, I want to change that to "must be a valid North American phone number." Are those messages editable? and where are they?

Tom,

All text values are stored in the \Install\InstallScripts\DeafaultText.sql file which is loaded as part of the installation process.

You can either edit this file and manually reload it or edit a particular values in your database.

After making your changes you will need to restart IIS as these values are cached.
