Rating Scale Responses Lost after 4.5 upgrade

Just to let everybody know that after I upgraded to 4.5 from 4.4 some of my surveys that contain rating scales would no longer record any new rating scale responses. So far it has happened in 2 surveys that I know of, but not in all. I haven't been able to work out why some work and others don't.

The fix is to make a copy of the survey. The copy seems to be ok.

I can tell you this is not going down well with our researchers.

Clarification:
The support guys have identified that it is only when the page with the rating questions has a page layout assigned to it.

We've managed to narrow the cause down further. It seems to occur in certain cases when a survey has a style template applied AND the page containing the matrix rating scale questions has a page layout template applied.

A fix has been developed and tested and will be available later today or on Monday.

I can confirm that in my setup there was a style applied at the same time for the broken surveys.
