I don't understand why a survey with reports is visible when users are not logged in. We have recently implemented Checkbox 4 for public surveys.
If you look at
www.crd.bc.ca/surveys you can click on the reports icon and see the Clean Air Bylaw Public Submission listed, as well as icons for accessing the data. The reports are only available to two registered users, so why are they listed to the public?
I hoped that unchecking the Show Navigation Links When Not Logged In option in the Appearances Settings would hide all the navigation icons, but it only seems to that on the Login page!
