Default Report Visible when not logged in

I don't understand why a survey with reports is visible when users are not logged in. We have recently implemented Checkbox 4 for public surveys.

If you look at www.crd.bc.ca/surveys you can click on the reports icon and see the Clean Air Bylaw Public Submission listed, as well as icons for accessing the data. The reports are only available to two registered users, so why are they listed to the public?

I hoped that unchecking the Show Navigation Links When Not Logged In option in the Appearances Settings would hide all the navigation icons, but it only seems to that on the Login page!

Default

The reports are typically listed on that page for users that are not logged-in when the default policy for the survey is set to allow users to create reports, view responses, or export results. If this is now how you have the survey configured, you should contact technical support. They would likely want to get a login to Checkbox Web on your server so that they can investigate and debug the issues.
