Folders

I'm a little confused as to what the purpose is in adding a New Folder. I would think it would be to organize surveys so that they all weren't listed out on the main page. Over time that could become quite cumbersome to view. And it would seem that the intent is to mimic a windows file system view.

However, when a survey is moved into a folder it still exists outside the folder as well as within it. If you delete one, the other is also deleted. Is this how it is supposed to work? Or is something not configured correctly?

Your understanding of folders is correct. They are intended to aid in organizing the Manage Surveys page. I have not run across the issue you are describing before. I would suggest contacting the support team for further assistance.
