Unable to get Checkbox Mobile sync service to start

I am unable to get Checkbox Mobile Sync service to start. I have reinstalled the Checkbox_Mobile_Sync_Setup.msi to no avail. I have the mobilink software installed on the same w2k3 server. Here is an error message from event viewer.

Any thoughts?
