Host URL

I'm trying to change the host url for checkbox from ip address to the server's url (i.e. https://www.mySite.com). For some reason when I do change it the change is revered back to the ip address even though it says "Settings successfully updated". Where is the survey programming pulling this information and how do I correct this?

Despite the fact that setting shows up in an edit field, the value is actually read-only on the screen. To change this value, you'll need to edit the web.config and change the Application URL and/or Application Root settings.
