Conditioning

Is it possible to condition or branch a Radio Button Question? Basically I have a follow up question after a Yes/No question and do not want the follow up question to be displayed if they select No. The follow up question is a rating question if that helps

is it possible to hide unhid questions depending on responses? I have a 75 question survey and do not want to create a different page for each one

Survey logic requires that the target of a branch or condition resides on a separate page than the item being used to setup a condition.
