Style Permissions

Is there a way to set permissions for styles? I only see public or not public. I'd like to set it by user or group.

Styles are not currently "securable objects" like surveys, user groups, etc. that support configuring access lists or individual permissions, so the only real options are private/public.

We've added another option in the upcoming 4.5 release so that a style can be usable by any survey editor, but only editable by the creator to help work around the limitation of only having public/private styles.
