First, let me apologize for the late reply. We had a problem with the forum for over a month that prevented thread notifications from being mailed to our support staff and we just found about it this week.
We are planning to release a few new web services with version 4.5. They were actually code-complete in 4.4.1, but we didn't have sufficient time to test them. Version 4.5 is scheduled for late December/early January and will include web service APIs for:
- Survey Management -- Copy/Activate/Manage Permissions on Surveys
- Invitation Management -- Manage all aspects of sending invitations, including customizing messages and inviting respondents
- Reporting -- Export responses and answers for surveys.

We've received a lot of good feedback from our customers so we've delayed the 4.5 release until early/mid April so that we can add/modify features based on that feedback.
