I'm not sure what you are asking in your first question, but I think the answer may be yes. Each time the user goes to a different page, the database is updated to store what page the user is on and what time the user went to the page.
It is possible to capture the data in this form, though you may wish to use a couple built-in features of the software. You can add an item to the completion page of the survey that either emails a copy of the questions and answers to specified recipients or provides the user with a link to view the answers online.
The "Email Response" survey item will email a copy of the response to the user and the "Response Summary" survey item can display the quesitons in answers in the survey or provide a link for the respondent to view the answers on a separate web page.
