I have a need to gather various information from many of our plants. Let's use Equipment as an example. I need to request make, model, price of ALL equipment at each or our facilities (could return up to 50 pieces of equipment). I could easily create a spreadsheet that each loc could fill in for this, but would like to utilize a survey instead. -How would you recommend it was built?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
