Glad to hear you resolved your issue. I am going to add a little more detail in case anyone else has a similar question.
Depending on exactly what you would like to accomplish adding either a "Display Report" or "Response Summary" should accomplish your goal. The one catch is that these items are only available if your installation of Checkbox has been configured to send email. If you have not already done so the SMTP settings can be found by navigating to Settings -> Application Settings.
