Please be more specific. Are you attempting to track registered users (either Checkbox or your domain) or are you attempting to track anonymous respondents?
In addition please expand upon "track a respondent out of Checkbox and into another application". Would you like to redirect users to another url after they have completed a survey or would you like to analysis response data at some later point in time?
