Checkbox Mobile supports Windows Mobile Pocket PC 2003 and Windows Mobile 5 for Pocket PC.
The application is designed for 320x240 screens, but should run well on VGA screens. It hasn't yet been tested on 240x240 screens (found on the Treo 700w and wx for example).
