To start, simply create your online training survey.
This can be a combination of instructional text, images, and links (to
documents or other sites). As the user steps through the training, you can
ask for their feedback or quiz them on what they have learned. Each question
can have a point value attached to it, which can be used to grade the user.
Once the survey is complete, a custom message can be displayed to the user
based on their score.
In addition, the Invitations feature can be used to send
emails to those people that you'd like to invite to take the self-guided
training. Each user is sent a custom message via email along with a link
that directs them to the proper place. You can easily track who has and has
not taken the training and reminder emails can quickly be sent out.
